New Mobile Service Lets You Wear Your Emotions On Someone Else’s Sleeve

WearA new service from a company called MoBeeline uses Bluetooth to send data about your emotional state to another person’s clothes via SMS.

Actually, I don’t completely get why I’d want to express my emotions on somebody else’s sleeve. The viewer is likely to think it’s a demonstration of the person wearing the display, not someone else. Seems confusing.

As I state in BRANDING UNBOUND the book, I think the next rev is connecting these wearable solutions to mobile social networking services that enable members to essentially use visual ads when they meet someone new, and to quickly identify shared interests (or proclivities).

The nerds really are taking over, aren’t they?
